DOGPAW’s 2^nd Annual Dogtoberfest

Dear Vendor,

Thank you for your interest in joining us at The Dogtoberfest festival.

In a continuing effort to raise funds for off leash Dog Parks, Dogpaw is sponsoring Dogtoberfest, a day of fun for dogs and their humans. The event will be held at our Ross off Leash Park, located in Vancouver. Some of the activities will include: Costume Contest, Doggie Olympics, adoptive dog showcase/fashion show, raffles, and of course, our vendor fair.

A new activity we are including this year is “trick or treating” for kids and dogs, which will be a great draw for people to visit the vendor booths. Please plan to bring treats for the 2 legged and 4 legged kids.

We would like this event to be all about the dogs and the people who love them. This will be a great venue to connect with the dog lovers in our community to showcase your products or services.

***If you are unable to make the event, for a $25 fee, we will include your coupon/flyer as a bag ‘stuffer’ to be handed out to the first 350 people through the gate on the day of event.

We would need to receive your payment and the 350 single sheet coupon/flyers by October 25^th.

If you will be able to join us at Dogtoberfest, please return the enclosed form along with your $50.00 vendor fee to the address below. (checks payable to DOGPAW)

Vendors can begin setting up at the park at 8:00 am.

Please note that all vendors need to provide their own tables, tents or anything else that they will need for the event.

Please check in with Debbie Shelley or Julie Mills of Dogpaw the morning you arrive so we can direct you to your assigned location. If you have a preference as to your location or you would prefer to be next to a specific vendor, please note that on this form.
