Subject: [DOGPAW] Pacific Park update

We have been informed that the bid has been awarded for the  
construction at Pacific.  The contractor will be submitting their  
project plan to Parks within the next 10 days.  At this point, it  
looks like we won't be relocated to the temporary off leash space  
until early January.  We will update you as soon as we have all the  
details.

The work that you have seen going on at Pacific is for another  
project which involves putting cellular terminals on the BPA towers.   
On the weekend of December 16 and 17th there will be vehicles in the  
park working on the towers, so exercise caution when using the park  
on that weekend.

Dogpaw is working on setting up a general meeting for around the end  
of January to advise the membership about our off leash efforts.  We  
plan to have representatives of the Parks department there.  As soon  
as a date and location are determined, we will send out the info.
