Dakota Memorial Off-Leash Area at Pacific Community Park ::.
NE 18th St between NE 164th Ave and 172nd Ave
Named in honor of Dakota, the Vancouver Police K9 killed in the line of duty. It is fully fenced with two double-gated entrances accessible from the parking lots at 164th and 172nd. The dog park features a gravel perimeter trail through open lawn and forested areas, a rustic log agility course, benches and dog drinking fountains. A dog rinse off area is located on the back side of the restroom located on the west side of the park closest to NE 164th Ave

UPDATE: - Thanks to generous donations by Kathleen Junker, the Small Dog Area ($2,000.00) goal has been reach and we are awaiting "construction". Contact DOGPAW Development to volunteer! (1/8-acre space, 60' x 90', located in the NW section of the park, near the maintenance gate.)
Fees: Tax deductible donations are welcomed by DOGPAW.
Hours: 7:00 am to dusk or "daylight", subject to maintenance closings.
(day use areas - those within community parks are only open 7-dusk)
